Alec Baldwin Tries, Fails to Mock Trump With Russian Hat
Alec Baldwin attempted to mock President-elect Donald Trump’s slogan, Make America Great Again, but failed miserably.

On Friday, the 58-year-old actor shared a photo on Instagram with his 190,000 followers. In the shot he was wearing a red ball cap with Russian lettering that was supposed to say “Make America Great Again,” implying that Russia had something to do with Trump winning the election.

But instead of mocking Trump, the actor’s joke backfired since the hat was mistranslated and grammatically incorrect, according to Fox News’s Julie Roginsky. After the Fox News contributor spotted an article about the photo on Saturday she messaged the actor via Twitter about his mistake.

“Sigh, Alec Baldwin… that hat is both grammatically incorrect and is more about making America groovy again,” Roginsky tweeted.
