Is Oprah Winfrey teasing us?
On Thursday night, the “60 Minutes” contributor retweeted a column from the New York Post calling her “the Democrats’ best hope for 2020.”
“Thanks for your VOTE of confidence!” she tweeted to conservative columnist John Podhoretz.

We don’t want to get too excited because Winfrey has shot down previous suggests that she run for president — or any other government job. “I will never run for public office,” she told the Hollywood Reporter in June. And despite a March interview with Bloomberg that left room for fans to speculate, Winfrey’s close friend Gayle King said “it was clearly a joke” and “that ain’t never happening.”
