In her 12-page complaint, a copy of which has been obtained by Law&Crime, Dhue claims O'Reilly made false statements about her after the release of a New York Times report previous year.
Dhue worked for Fox News as an anchor from 2000 to 2008. After an advertiser exodus, the cable news network parted ways with the disgraced host, and he publicly groused several times while calling his accusers' claims "unfounded," which Dhue says has damaged her reputation beyond fix.
According to the Newsweek, 21st Century Fox paid out a million dollar settlement to Dhue to drop her claims of sexual harassment by O'Reilly and former Fox News chairman Roger Ailes.
Dhue claims that O'Reilly made false allegations about her following a New York Times bombshell report almost one year ago saying she had received a $1 million settlement over sexual harassment allegations against him and then-CEO and chairman Roger Ailes.
