Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Controversial Essentials for Traveling with Children

Parents need two things when traveling with their kids, according to Gwyneth Paltrow.

“Xanax and alcohol,” she joked during a conversation at the Airbnb Open conference on Saturday, before quickly adding, “No, my kids, actually, they’re great travelers.”

The 44-year-old said she most enjoys traveling with her 12-year-old daughter Apple and 10-year-old son Moses because, “I love seeing things through their eyes.”

During the talk, the goop founder also spoke about issues closer to home.
