O’Reilly Rips James Comey’s Book to Shreds

Bill O’Reilly tells Newsmax TV he believes James Comey is using his new bestselling memoir “A Higher Loyalty” to “make some money”and “even some scores,” but in the long run the book is not good for America.

“I think it’s bad for the country. I think James Comey is putting his personal anger above the good of the nation. He’s absolutely doing that,”the conservative broadcaster, said in an interview with Newsmax TV’s John Bachman.

O’Reilly said, “The name of his book is ‘A Higher Loyalty,’ well, it looks like me his loyalty is to himself … I don’t think the book is going to sell that well.”

In his memoir, released Tuesday, Comey is highly critical of the leadership of President Donald Trump, who fired him as FBI director last May. In an interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos, Comey called the commander in chief “morally unfit to be president.”
