VIDEO: Meryl Streep Sings Carrie Fisher's Favorite Song at Memorial
Meryl Streep was just one of many stars who paid tribute to Debbie Reynolds and daughter Carrie Fisher at an intimate, private memorial for the stars.

During Thursday’s service, Streep, 67, sang Fisher’s favorite song, “Happy Days Are Here Again,” with the rest of the guests eventually joining in. “By the end, everyone was singing,” a family friend told People.

The service was held at Fisher’s home in Coldwater Canyon, Los Angeles, with eulogies from her daughter, Billie Lourd, and friends Streep, Tracey Ullman, Stephen Fry, author Bruce Wagner and security expert Gavin de Becker.  “Billie wanted the people her mother loved to gather in that living room one last time,” the friend said. “All the tributes circled back to Billie and how much Carrie loved her.”

There were 125 guests at the memorial, including Meg Ryan, Ellen Barkin, Penny Marshall, Richard Dreyfuss, Jamie Lee Curtis, Gwyneth Paltrow and boyfriend Brad Falchuk, George Lucas, Emma Roberts, Courtney Love, Frances Bean Cobain and Ed Begley Jr., among others. Guests reportedly were served fried chicken, collard greens and cornbread.
