Former ‘Daily Show’ host John Stewart accused America’s police officers of being enforcers of ‘segregation’ and ‘economic inequality’ in an interview with New York Time Magazine.
As The Daily Wire reports:
Jon Stewart, the former host of “The Daily Show,” characterized America’s police as enforcers of segregation and economic inequality.
Speaking with The New York Times Magazine, Stewart said he was not at all surprised by the death of George Floyd while in the custody of a Minneapolis police officer. Though most Americans would call for police reform, Stewart said the Floyd incident goes much deeper…
“We continue to make this about the police — the how of it. How can they police? Is it about sensitivity and de-escalation training and community policing? All that can make for a less-egregious relationship between the police and people of color. But the how isn’t as important as the why, which we never address,” he added, as reported by Business Insider.
The “why” for the police, according to Stewart, is to be an enforcer of America’s economic inequality that “came down to torment the black community.” Though segregation ended legally in the United States, Stewart appears to believe the police are still enforcers of it.
Is Stewart so ignorant about history that he doesn’t realize legal segregation in the United States ended over 50 years ago?

Stewart is funny with his comment…especially when RAX of CHOP has apparently seen the need to “segregate” the community garden to distinguish vegetables for “whites” from vegtables for “blacks”, according to some sources. What’s that all about? Racists are everywhere.
So the left wants no policing and no borders but somehow thinks there will then be no crime and no worries. Who cares about blacks if you don’t care if illegals are coming into the country to drive wages down, aren’t you worried about the economic inequality of the black community? These circular logic propositions from the left may not be on purpose as John Stewart may not be smart enough to deconstruct his own arguments, but the are still damaging to portray things this way.

Golly! I at least always respected Stewart . . . but, he is pulling the old democratic ploy used so overtly in the whole Russian/Trump million dollar “investigation”! The one who openly “colluded”, and everybody apparently knew it, was Hillary and her campaign. And yet with impunity, the Muller gang didn’t even mention them in their final report!!?? Democratic policies replaced the slums with the projects which didn’t improve the situation, made the Black communities dependent by buying their votes with freebies, NOT allowing school choice, which could change the situation in a generation or two!!!!
