‘Morning Joke’: Fox News Spends Entire Morning Segment Mocking MSNBC Show

Fox News’ “The Five” devoted an entire segment to playfully making fun of “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough on Wednesday night.

In response to Scarborough recently announcing on “The Late Show” that he’s leaving the Republican party to become an Independent, “The Five” host Greg Gutfeld offered viewers a glimpse of the GOP reaction — but the video was actually sports fans going wild with celebration.

“Talk about draining the swamp. This guy was so inside he sneezes polliwogs,” Gutfeld said. Gutfeld then referred to Scarborough as “Morning Joke” and “Weird Matt Perry” as his co-hosts laughed.

The Fox News personality then mocked Scarborough for flip-flopping on his feelings about Donald Trump. “The Five” co-host Dana Perino was next to chime in, noting that Stephen Colbert probably set Scarborough up for his big announcement.
