Two Hollywood Stars Charged in Scandal

Two different actresses have been charged in a massive cheating scandal that saw them pay money in exchange for their children to be admitted into prestigious universities.

According to The Daily Mail:

Three[sic] Hollywood stars have been implicated in a massive cheating scandal.

Full House star Lori Loughlin and Oscar nominee Felicity Huffman are two of the 50 parents charged in a plot to get their children into schools including Georgetown, Stanford, UCLA, University of San Diego, USC, University of Texas, Wake Forest, and Yale.

The scheme was uncovered by the FBI and federal prosecutors in Boston, and involved parents paying bribes of up to $6 million to get their children into these elite schools.

In many instances, the children were unaware that their parents had paid these bribes according to federal documents.

The husbands of both actresses were not implicated in the scheme and it remains unclear if they will be charged in the future.
