Country Music Hall of Famer Willie Nelson is diving head first into the Texas Senate race and it’s sure going to tick off a few fans.
According to The Blaze:
Country music legend Willie Nelson will headline a political rally and concert for Democrat Beto O’Rourke later this month in Austin, Texas, Austin360 reported.

“My wife Annie and I have met and spoken with Beto and we share his concern for the direction things are headed,” Nelson said in the release. “Beto embodies what is special about Texas, an energy and an integrity that is completely genuine.”
A Democrat hasn’t won a Texas Senate seat since the early 90’s and Willie Nelson is trying to change that, but he might upset a few fans in the process.
