Pop star Britney Spears is having a “Baby One More Time” with fiancé Sam Asghari, after the demise of her 13-year conservatorship that prevented her from having more children.

Spears, 40, shocked fans on Monday with a lengthy Instagram post announcing her pregnancy.

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back,” she began. “I thought ‘Geez … what happened to my stomach ???’ My husband [Asghari] said ‘No you’re food pregnant silly.’ So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby.”

Spears explained that she would be seen out less in public “due to the paps getting their money shot of me like they unfortunately already have.” She noted that she had “perinatal depression” when she was previously pregnant, but would combat the affliction with daily yoga sessions.

The “Gimme More” singer shares two sons, Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

“I have to say it is absolutely horrible,” she wrote. “Women didn’t talk about it back then … some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her … but now women talk about it everyday … thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret.”

Asghari, 28, confirmed the singer was expecting with an Instagram post of his own on Monday. He shared a photo of a lion and lioness fondly gazing at their young cub.

“Marriage and kids are a natural part of a strong relationship filled with love and respect,” he captioned the image. “Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly. It is the most important job i will ever do.”

Spears had previously expressed that she longed to get married and have another child with Asghari, but the conservatorship she was held in against her will prevented it.

“I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told right now under the conservatorship, I’m not able to get married or have a baby,” she told a judge during a 23-minute testimony to challenge her conservatorship in June.

“I have an [IUD] inside of myself right now so I don’t get pregnant,” Spears continued. “I wanted to take the [IUD] out so I could start trying to have another baby but this so-called team won’t let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don’t want me to have children.”

Spears and Asghari were engaged in September after nearly five years of dating. The “Toxic” singer’s conservatorship, which was financially controlled by her father Jamie Spears, was terminated in November.

That’s not a conservatorship. It’s slavery!
