Celebrities Gloat On Twitter After Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Raided By FBI

Former President Donald Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida resort, Mar-a-Lago, was raided by the FBI on Monday morning, allegedly in connection with presidential documents, including classified materials.

In a lengthy statement on Monday, Trump announced that his “beautiful home” was “under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” which he noted has never “happened to a President of the United States before.”

The 45th president blasted the unannounced raid as “not necessary or appropriate,” after he had been cooperating with the “relevant Government agencies” on the matter. Trump said the search was “prosecutorial misconduct” and “weaponization of the Justice System” by radical Democrats.

“Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries,” he continued. “Sadly, America has now become one of those Counties, corrupt at a level not seen before.”

Liberals in Hollywood were thrilled by the FBI raid, and took to Twitter to gloat. “The FBI is searching Mar A Lago? This is getting interesting. Buckle up, butter cup,” Joy Behar posted Monday night. Director Rob Reiner added, “Game on!!!”

Tick… Tick… Tick… Finally,” wrote filmmaker Michael Moore. “They ain’t seen nothin yet,” tacked on Rosanna Arquette.

“Rosemary’s Baby” star Mia Farrow alleged that “the documents he stole were so sensitive they cannot be described.” 

“Charmed” witch Alyssa Milano claimed that “Under 18 USC 2071, the concealment or removal of any confidential federal documents disqualifies Trump from ever holding any office again in the United States…. Until challenged as unconstitutional and taken to THIS Supreme Court.”

“Who cares if the Trump groupies are upset? Enough already,” he continued. “The fact that this narcissistic, profligate, lowlife, immoral, loser-poser of a faux gangster has held sway over the greatest nation in history is a profound embarrassment – and tragedy – that can’t end soon enough.
