Problematic DC actor Ezra Miller managed to get into trouble again in Hawaii, marking his second run-in with the law in the last month.

“The Flash” star was arrested on a second-degree assault charge for attacking a woman at a private residence during a gathering.

“During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut,” the Hawaii Police Department stated.

Miller, 29, who identifies as they/them, was arrested during a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. and was released nearly three hours later. His victim refused treatment for the injury according to the media release.

The occasion marks Miller’s latest scuffle with the island’s law enforcement, who charged them with disorderly conduct and harassment on March 28, stemming from two separate incidents at the same karaoke bar.

The “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” star was reportedly “agitated” by the singing patrons at the bar and caused a physical altercation.

“Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts,” the police report read. “The bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times.”

A local couple the actor was staying with bailed him out of jail on a $500 bond, but he allegedly stole from them and told the man he would “bury you and your s— wife.” They filed a temporary restraining order against him, but later asked a judge to dismiss the case two weeks later.

Miller has repeatedly proven himself prone to fits of violence when alcohol is involved. The actor was caught on video choking a woman and throwing her to the ground at a trendy bar in Reykjavik, Iceland in early 2020.
