Rachel Brosnahan, the star of Amazon’s “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” is “sick” to her stomach over the mass-shooting in her hometown Highland Park, IL, that occurred on Independence Day.

“I grew up in Highland Park and this parade is a highlight of the year for so many families,” she tweeted. “I’m sick to my stomach every time news like this comes out, but I don’t wish the pit in your stomach as you call your family and friends to make sure everyone is okay on anyone.”

“Enough is enough is enough is enough is enough is enough is enough is enough is enough,”  Brosnahan, 31, captioned a link to gun safety organization Everytown.

Mass shooter Robert Crimo III allegedly sniped attendees of the annual Highland Park Fourth of July parade with a “high-powered rifle” from a rooftop. He killed seven people, including a couple with a toddler who was found under his father’s body. He was taken into police custody the same day.

Illinois Democratic Governor J.B. Pritzker used the shooting to call for tighter gun control laws. “A day dedicated to freedom has put into stark relief the one freedom we as a nation refuse to uphold: The freedom of our fellow citizens to live without the daily fear of gun violence,” Pritzker said at a press conference.

“Our founders carried muskets, not assault weapons. And I don’t think a single one of them would’ve said that you have a Constitutional right to an assault weapon with a high-capacity magazine, or that that is more important than the right of the people who attended this parade today to live,” he concluded.

The former “House of Cards” actress has followed up her initial posts with links to donate to organizations supporting victims and their families, including GoFundMe’s to cover the hospital bills of those who were injured, and funeral costs for the deceased.

“As Highland Park works to heal from this tragedy, please consider joining me in supporting the victims and their families. The stories I’m hearing from friends and family are devastating. Our community joined a club no one wants to be a part of [heartbreak],” Brosnahan posted on Tuesday with a link to a GoFundMe for all the shooting victims.

I’ve made so far this year working online and I’m a full time student. I’m using an online business opportunity I heard about and I’ve (wvs-05) made such great money. It’s really user friendly and I’m just so happy that I found out about it. Here’s what I do.
