Radio host Howard Stern blames the unvaccinated for prolonging the pandemic and thinks he could “clean” up the country instantly if he was the president.
“Believe me, this here is turning into a third-world country because of the f***ing morons we have living here,” the shock jock said on his Tuesday show. “It’s a sad commentary on my country.”
“This is my country. I’ve got too many morons living here. We could be past a lot of this COVID business,” he continued. His hype-woman, co-host Robin Quivers, noted that he used to be all about freedom.
“Now I’m not into freedom,” Stern shot back. “I don’t feel good about what’s going on in my country. I might have to run just to clean this f***ing mess up.”
Stern said he could “clean it up in two seconds,” then laughably compared what he would do to end the pandemic to the president’s faulty handling of the military’s hasty exit from Kabul.
“Just the way [President] Biden got us out of Afghanistan — that quick I’m going to clean things up. Boom. Right away,” he claimed as if it was a successful endeavor.
Earlier in the week he ripped Oprah Winfrey for hosting holiday gatherings while the Omicron variant rages through the country.
“I’m really amazed by Oprah, I really am. On her Instagram she likes to take you into her house where every night of Christmas is a big party like a celebration and she flies in a different chef,” Stern commented.
“It’s getting very confusing to me, I see what’s going on with COVID. Everyone’s got it. Everyone’s sick,” he continued. “People have a 104 fever. I don’t want to have a 104 fever, I don’t want to get sick so I’m hiding. But everyone else is out running around. I see Oprah is having dinner parties.”
Winfrey explained how serious she is about making sure no one who comes on her property is infected, including best friend Gayle King, who she would not allow over until she completed the talk show host’s prescribed regime.
“Everyone who is spending Christmas at my house has to be vaccinated, boosted, tested, and quarantined,” she wrote on Instagram. “Stedman calls it “The Policy” cause I’m that serious about it.”
