Greek actress Spencer Grammer was injured on Friday night when a man attacked patrons and staff with a knife at a restaurant in New York City.

The Rick and Morty actress and a friend tried to confront an intoxicated man, who became a threat to patron’s safety when the staff at an East Village restaurant refused to serve him alcohol. Spencer, 36, released a statement discussing her reaction to the event, “My friend and I did what anyone else would do in the same situation.”

When the incident intensified to the point that the drunk man began threatening diners with a knife, the actress and several other patrons of the restaurant, who she confirmed were “predominantly women,” stepped in to help deescalated the altercation.

Spencer’s involvement resulted in harm to herself and her male companion when the confrontation turned into what a witness described as “a full-on brawl.” The ABC family star confirmed that she “sustained a laceration on my arm, and my friend was stabbed in the back, but thankfully he suffered no serious internal injuries.”

Spencer and her friend were treated at Bellevue Hospital and are expected to recover quickly. She thanked the first responders and hospital staff, “Who provided us with excellent care.”

Famous dad, Frasier actor Kelsey Grammer, told People that his daughter “was not slashed,” and maintains that “she is fine.”

The NYPD released a video footage on Twitter seeking out information on the attacker, who has yet to be identified or arrested

She called her father who played a psychologist on TV (thereby earning all the credentials needed to qualify as an expert) to seek therapy.

This is why bizarre acts of violence are so rampant in the black hood (community)…. eating too many paint chips Contaminated with lead as a baby.
It has diminished the mental capacity of millions….but, ironically, not to the point where they aren’t smart enough to run like hell after they’ve done deed. lol

The story read is not accurate. She thanks the first responders. Not accurate. Spencer
was the first responder as is any victim. The victim is the first responder.

Once at a restaurant bar someone got obnoxious and pushed the barmaid. Faster than I could get up off my stool. Two other woman along with the bar mad pushed him 20 feet across the floor and out the door. My feet had just met the ground to help as he flew out the door.

It’s another example of how NYC, and other liberal run cities, are going to hell with the increase in crime. In my just under 68 years I lived in New York. You have NO idea how glad I am to escape what’s become a hellhole. Many other people that actually can are moving out of New York. But those who do not have the means to do likewise THEY will be the ones who suffer the most and I really do feel sorry for them.
