The Ellen DeGeneres Show Faces Allegations of Sexual Misconduct

Accusations keep mounting about the toxic workplace environment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, as executive producers are now being accused of sexual misconduct.

Dozens of former employees spoke to Buzzfeed, the news outlet that published the initial workplace abuse report, about new claims of sexual misconduct against executive producers.

The article names head writer Kevin Leman as a source of serial sexual harassment and misconduct on the set. One ex-employee witnessed Leman grope a production assistant’s genitalia and was victimized by the producer himself, when asked to perform oral sex in a bathroom at a 2013 company party.

Employee testimonials corroborated that Leman often made sexual jokes veiled as sarcasm on set and targeted younger, low-level employees who were defenseless against him.

Executive producer Ed Glavin has gained a reputation for being handsy and creepily touching the women who work on the show. He had a habit of openly showering in the bathroom located in his office, which was equipped with a button on his desk that is capable of remotely shutting the door. One employee said he used the button as a “power move” to intimidate staff.

Another former staffer claimed producer Jonathan Norman groomed him with concerts and office perks, before trying to give him oral sex.

Both Leman and Norman released statements of denial about the purported incidents.

DeGeneres made her own public apology in a memo to her staff a day prior.  “My name is on the show and everything we do and I take responsibility for that. Alongside Warner Bros, we immediately began an internal investigation and we are taking steps, together, to correct the issues,” she continued. “I’ve not been able to stay on top of everything and relied on others to do their jobs as they knew I’d want them done. Clearly some didn’t. That will now change and I’m committed to ensuring this does not happen again.”

Everybody Loves Raymond actor Brad Garrett slammed Ellen’s apology. “Sorry but it comes from the top.” He went on, “Know more than one who were treated horribly by her. Common knowledge.”

She used to go on Howard Stern and play like she was non-political — that little biatch is totally a demoncrat and her actions and treatment of others just proves it.

Pure sleaze and perversion… I’m not one to judge, but I would hate to be in his shoes on Judgment Day. Ellen really should have better sense than to even THINK of keeping him on her payroll. And if sexual misconduct is indeed the norm on that show, or behind the scenes, the show should be cancelled because of the toxic message it sends to our children and Democrats.

The public usually will never hear of the monsters in the liberal world of TV shows.. I know 2 people that worked directly with Barbara Streisand and said you could not even look at her at anytime without her screaming at you.. Seems Ellen has some of these same quirks.. To good for others..

I’ve also heard the same about Hillary Clinton. From the mouths of “unidentified” sources (her personal Secret Service agents), she has a foul mouth and a mean, nasty disposition. No respect for her staff at all. She thinks she’s queen of the world.

She gave Bill a black eye by throwing a vase at him, not that you can really blame her.
