HBO star Evan Rachel Wood has finally revealed the shocking sexual abuse allegations against embattled rockstar Marilyn Manson, and the details are sickening.

The “Westworld” star, now 34, began dating then 37-year-old Manson, whose actual name is Brian Warner, when she was just 18-years-old. The pair became engaged, but ultimately ended their three-year relationship when Wood tried to take her life after a final abusive act broke her spirit.

In Amy Berg’s two-part documentary, which airs on HBO next week, the actress claims that Manson repeatedly drugged her with sleeping pills and crystal meth, then would rape her wile she was incapacitated.

“This is also when he started raping me in my sleep,” she explained. “I’d wake up, I just remember doing the mental math quickly and thinking, ‘Just stay, just stay asleep, don’t move, just don’t move.’”

Wood said she would “just lie limp” until he was finished and had left the room. She eventually fell pregnant from one of the encounters, because Manson didn’t like her to take birth control, but also refused to wear condoms.

The actress also accused Manson of sexual torture, including striking her with a “Nazi whip” while she was hunched over a prayer kneeler, branding her skin, and using electrodes on her genital region.

“It hurt so bad that I broke the kneeler in half, I remember in that moment thinking, ‘Just tell him whatever he wants to hear, just tell him whatever he wants to hear,’” she detailed.

“And I said, ‘I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry.’ I was begging for forgiveness, and he was cradling me and saying, ‘You understand now.’ And then he cut open his hand … and made me drink his blood. And then he cut me … and drank mine.”

Wood had an abortion in her early twenties while she was shooting a film, and Manson joined her for the procedure, but was far from a caring partner.

“He flew out for the abortion. The second it was over it was like, ‘Make me dinner,’” she recalled. “And I remember being like, ‘I’m supposed to be resting — my body has gone through this trauma … there’s aftermath here.’ And he didn’t care.”

The incident left Wood suicidal, and she attempted to take her life by slitting her wrists with a shattered glass. She eventually called her mother to take her to the hospital.

“When I woke up, I felt different. I feel like whoever I was went to sleep and didn’t wake up that night, and this new version woke up and had to start rebuilding her life,” she said.
