Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel has announced he will be taking a several month long ‘break’ from his hosting duties this summer.
The ‘break’ in question just so happens to coincide with footage of him appearing in a recurring skit in which the anti-Trump host repeatedly wore black face emerged.

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday announced he will be taking the summer off after facing criticism over wearing blackface in a recurring skit he performed while working on “The Man Show” on Comedy Central.
Kimmel, as a co-host of the “The Man Show,” performed a recurring skit that included him dressed in blackface as then-NBA star Karl Malone. Videos and photos of the skits on the show, which ran from 1999-2004, have been circulating online recently with calls for Kimmel to apologize.

“I’m taking this summer off to spend even more time with my family,” Kimmel said on Thursday night from his home studio. “There’s nothing wrong. I’m healthy, my family’s healthy, I just need a couple of months off.”
“While I’m gone, a cavalcade of very kind and capable people will be filling in for me,” the 52-year-old added.
While Kimmel reportedly intends to come back in the fall, given the current liberal mania for cancellation, will he be allowed to?

Those desperate to get into show business will do almost anything for a laugh or gain attention with crazy hair or makeup or sexy clothes. And then, when they do make it big, those old clips are thrown back at them when now they act high and mighty. If they would only stick to their trade of acting, singing, being funny. No one would ridicule them. But no, they have a political guest on their show and all of a sudden they become priestly in their their outlook on life and worse, they feel they can preach to their audience who they now feel is their congregation. I’ve watched this transition with so many who see the top rung of the ladder as a step into a pious world, which it is not. We love their talent and do not need them to preach to us.
I liked the man show. Some of it was funny, like forklift wedgies. My favorite part was the “Girls jumping on trampolines” segment at the end of the show.
I was wondering how long it would take before this was given the light of day. It’s like the mainstream media tried to keep it hidden. How long has Kimmel been the host of the late night show? Paint Kimmel as a hypocrit like most of the hollyweird celebs. His (?) decision to take time off is his way of laying low (out of the spotlight) and hoping things will blow over so he can return. Where is the outrage liberals? Is it missing because he is one you?
Dang, I was sorry to hear he was healthy. He isn’t funny, I thought that was one thing he might be able to embrace.

Yeah , even as he hosts the Millionaire show he uses it as an opportunity to bash President Trump. He’s just an awful human being full of hate and bias.
