Hollywood ‘Superman’ Dead In Bizarre Meth Induced Incident

Christopher Dennis, a street performer on Hollywood Boulevard known for portraying superman was found suffocated to death after he apparently somehow crawled into a clothing donation bin and suffocated while high on meth. As The New York Post reports:

The curse of “Superman” continues unabated.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office ruled the November death of Christopher Dennis an accident that resulted after he crawled into a clothing donation bin while high on meth, and suffocated.

Dennis was a well-known street performer on Hollywood Boulevard who dressed up as the Man of Steel and posed with tourists for 25 years. He also had an uncanny resemblance to the late “Superman” star Christopher Reeve.

According to TMZ, the coroner’s office said the impersonator “suffocated to death as a result of blunt force trauma to his head and neck … after being partially entrapped within a metal box used for donating clothes… The Coroner’s report also cites methamphetamine toxicity as a significant factor in his death.”

The bizarre incident is just the latest in a long line of Superman related tragedies.
