Long time Progressive comedian Sarah Silverman has now turned on the Democratic party over its new woke extremism.
Silverman revealed her new antipathy toward the Democratic party in a new video posted to Instagram.

Comedian Sarah Silverman ripped the Democratic Party during an emotional video posted to Instagram on Friday, criticizing the Democrats for not allowing progress and suggesting that she no longer wants to be associated with any party.
“It’s the absolutist-ness of the party I am in that is such a turnoff to me,” the Democrat ally said. “It’s so f***ing elitist. You know, for something called ‘progressive’, it allows for zero progress.”
“It’s all or nothing, no ‘steps toward’,” Silverman continued, zeroing-in on the Left’s appetite for “canceling” the impure or “offensive.” “All or f***ing nothing. Again, righteousness porn.”
“And I’ve been thinking about this a lot, just in general, I just, I don’t know that I want to be associated with any party,” she asserted. “I really, I think I don’t want to be associated with any party anymore. … It just, it comes with too much baggage. Every party, it comes with so much f***ing baggage that no ideas can be taken at face value. And, without ideas, what are we? Without a common truth, how can we talk about it?”

Except you just supported all of this for the past 4 years and got someone elected into office that never talked to the media and basically let the woke mob attack everyone all summer for votes. Now you want to “wake” up from the nightmare you endorsed? I would use an analogy like lighting a forest fire and then walking away from it but you live in CA where you literally have a one-party system that endorses not clearing the dead underbrush which then causes massive wildfires that kill the citizens of the state, compliments of the government that is in control. There are some really dumb people on the left that are costing people freedom and their lives, people like Andrew Cuomo who is a God one day and then reality sets in the next, but only when the media actually reports the truth and sets the woke mob on the attack, otherwise we get performance like Cuomo and Newsom every day this bad but no one says anything about it.
So Sarah Silverman posts a message telling the world she has decided to think for herself, and by doing so you are telling the world you have not been bright enough to figure that out until now. Perhaps you may want to find someone smart that you wouldn’t previously have thought was smart and follow what they do instead, it is probably a better move, after all you are 50 years old and you have been following liberal dogma that many years! Most grow up long before that, but we understand, you are in Hollywood and thus to get anywhere you want to fit in with the crowd. Next she might figure out that open borders during a pandemic is not a good idea, or maybe it will take until she is 60 for that revelation to hit home.
