We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.

Here’s what happened today:

Sentencing

“Smallville” actress Allison Mack, who famously was sex cult leader Keith Raniere’s second in command, got federal prosecutors to ask the judge sentencing her for her role at Nxivm to request a reduced sentence.

“Although Mack could have provided even more substantial assistance had she made the decision to cooperate earlier, Mack provided significant, detailed and highly corroborated information which assisted the government in its prosecution,” a memo filed on Monday read.

The actress helped prosecutors convict Raniere by providing them with an audio recording of him talking about branding his sex slaves with his initials.

“Do you think the person who’s being branded should be completely nude and sort of held to the table like a, sort of almost like a sacrifice?” Raniere says on the tape.

“And the person should ask to be branded,” he went on. “Should say, please brand me it would be an honor, or something like that. An honor I want to wear for the rest of my life, I don’t know… And they should probably say that before they’re held down, so it doesn’t seem like they are being coerced.”

Racist Recipes

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver announced he would stop using the term “kaffir lime leaves” on his television show to avoid a racist connotation with the word “kaffir,” which is a South African slur used to refer to black people.

His decision comes after several United Kingdom-based chains banned the use of the word on their products. Oliver will now refer to the popular ingredient, which is used as a zest in curry, simply as “lime leaves.

Conservative Core

Country music singer Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany hung out with well known conservatives Candace Owens and Rogan O’Handley at Brittany’s Nashville, Tennessee birthday party.

“When country music pairs up with the Patriot movement, America wins,” O’Handley posted on Instagram. In a photo, Aldean can be seen holding a bumper sticker that reads, “Don’t Blame Me, I Voted For Trump.”

“When country music pairs up with the Patriot movement, America wins,” O’Handley captioned.

The First

Oakland Raiders’ lineman Carl Nassib became the first NFL player to come out as gay on Monday.  “I just wanted to take a quick moment to say that I’m gay,” he announced on Instagram.  I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now but finally feel comfortable getting it off my chest. I really have the best life, the best family, friends and job a guy can ask for.”

“I’m a pretty private person so I hope you guys know that I’m not doing this for attention,” the six year NFL veteran noted. “ I just think that representation and visibility are so important.”

Commissioner Roger Goodell voiced his support, saying that the league is “proud of Carl for courageously sharing his truth today. … We share his hope that someday soon statements like his will no longer be newsworthy as we march toward full equality for the LGBTQ+ community.”

RIP

“Star Trek” actress Joanne Linville, who was best known for playing a Romulan commander on the original series, died on Sunday at the age of 93.  Linville appeared in classic television shows “Gunsmoke,” “Dynasty,” “The Twilight Zone,” “Charlie’s Angels,” and “Columbo” during her decades-long acting career.

She also starred alongside Burt Lancaster in 1973 spy flick “Scorpio,” and appeared in 1976’s “A Star Is Born,” with Barbra Streisand.

No Vaxx, No Sex

According to a survey of 1,000 Americans, the dating app Bumble learned that 30% of respondents would not have sex with another person that isn’t vaccinated against COVID-19.
