Embattled “Fantastic Beasts” star Ezra Miller threatened police with federal hate crime charges for messing up their preferred pronouns.

“The Flash” star was arrested in March for disorderly conduct and harassment at a Hawaiian karaoke bar, and body cam footage obtained by TMZ revealed that Miller freaked out at the officer transporting them to the local police station when he addressed them as “sir.”

Miller was difficult and talkative while cops loaded them into the back of their cruiser. They anxiously asked if the officer’s body cameras were on and pleaded that they not injure their hands with the cuffs, as the actor claimed to also be a musician.

The arresting officer replied politely to Miller’s incessant chatter, but sparked the actor’s ire when politely referring to them with the wrong pronoun.

“I’m not a sir. I’m transgender nonbinary,” Miller shot back. “Please don’t refer to me as sir, it’s not a term I use.”

The officer replied “okay, I was just trying to be respectful,” but the “Justice League” star threatened him with rapid vitriol.

“If you fail to do that again, it is an act of intentional bigotry and it is a technical hate crime according to U.S. Federal law,” Miller spat back. “Please call me they, them, their… You can use the term mix if you prefer.”

The incident wasn’t the only time the actor was verbally combative during their arrest. When they arrived at the station, Miller asked the officer if his “body cam was still on,” and repeatedly whined that they were being touched while being led into the station in handcuffs.

At one point Miller said it was “illegal” and “against his religion Judaism” for the cop to be touching them. The actor gave the officer more attitude while they were uncuffed, complaining that they needed medical treatment from a wound inflicted by the handcuffs.
