Coming in at number two is perhaps the most emotionally moving song ever dedicated to 9/11, Alan Jackson’s incredible ‘Where Were You (When The World Stopped Turning).’ Jackson wrote the song in October of 2001, right after the attacks, and claims the lyrics came to him while he was sleeping.
