The prime suspect in the stabbing death of the brother of San Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard over the weekend during a bar fight has been arrested.

As The Daily Mail reports:

Police said Michael Mosley, 23, who was the prime suspect in the fatal attacks, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Ashland City, Tennessee.

He is alleged to have stabbed to death Clayton Beathard – whose brother of San Francisco 49ers back-up quarterback C.J. Beathard – and Paul Trapeni III, 21, after a fight outside Dogwood Bar on Saturday, December 21…

Mosley evaded police for four days and was found on Christmas Day alone in a vacant home when police surrounded and moved in before he surrendered, Nashville Police said…

The stabbings on Saturday night ‘appear to have resulted from an argument over a woman that began inside Dogwood Bar and then turned physical when the parties went outside’, police said.

Authorites reportedly confirmed that Mosley had a violent criminal past.
