New Book Imagines Hillary’s Sad Life if She Never Met Bill

Best-selling novelist Curtis Sittenfeld will imagine how Hillary Clinton’s life would have turned out had she not married Bill Clinton in his next book, Random House confirmed Monday.

It doesn’t yet have a title or a release date. Sittenfeld is the author of “Prep” and “American Wife.”

The former secretary of state recently spoke out at the Women for Women International Luncheon in New York City about losing the election and said she would be president today if it wasn’t for Jim Comey’s letter and “Russian Wikileaks.” The comment was blasted by people like Bill Maher who questioned her return to the spotlight and suggested that she and the Democrat party still didn’t understand why they lost to Trump.

“I don’t know why she needs to be coming back. She had her turn and it didn’t work out,” the host of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” told Jake Tapper. “I compared her to Bill Buckner. The ball rolled through her legs.”
