Jimmy Fallon CANCELED: 16 Employees Come Forward

Allegations of a Toxic Environment Surface at ‘The Tonight Show’

Reports have emerged of a challenging atmosphere at “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Fourteen past employees, alongside two current staff members, have accused Fallon of perpetuating a toxic work environment, as documented by Rolling Stone.

These allegations encompass erratic behavior, mood swings, and explosive outbursts by the TV host.

Many of these staff members depict a culture where employees faced emotional distress, some even attributing hair loss, anxiety attacks, and suicidal thoughts to the pressures of the job. Several claim their physical and mental health significantly deteriorated during their tenure on the show.

Employees from various sectors of the production have come forward, ranging from the production crew and office personnel to writers. Some allege their exit was directly tied to the challenging workplace dynamics, and others say they were dismissed, as per the Daily Mail.

NBC, while refraining from commenting directly about Fallon, highlighted their commitment to fostering a respectful work environment.

NBC emphasized the importance of addressing any issues reported, assuring due investigation and appropriate actions.
