Shock rocker Marilyn Manson filed legal documents against his ex-fiance, Evan Rachel Wood, for defamation over the sexual abuse allegations that she recently leveled against him.

In the filing, Manson, legally Brian Warner, alleged that the Westworld actress, along with her on-again, off-again romantic partner,” Ashley Gore, “publicly cast” the “Sweet Dreams” singer as a “rapist and abuser.”

The documents stated that the claims are “a malicious falsehood,” and are responsible for derailing this successful Hollywood career.

He also made the bombshell accusation that both women were guilty of impersonating an FBI agent “by forging and distributing a fictitious letter from the agent, to create the false appearance that Warner’s alleged ‘victims’ and their families were in danger, and that there was a federal criminal investigation of Warner ongoing.”

Wood came forward with allegations against Manson in a 2021 Instagram post that named him as her sexual abuser during their three year public relationship, which lasted from 2007 to 2010, and began when she was nineteen and he was 38. Gore and several other women cast similar accusations against him around the same time.

“He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years,” she said in an interview. “I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail.”

Manson’s lawsuit asserted that Wood and Gore “provided checklists and scripts” to fellow accusers. He also charged that they “made knowingly false statements,” which includes the claim that the “Heart-Shaped Glasses” singer “filmed the sexual assault of a minor.”

Wood made a legal declaration against Manson in December, related to her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Jamie Bell.

The document stated that she was forced to upgrade security at her home and relocate from Los Angeles, after Manson allegedly threatened to sexually assault her 8-year-old son.

“I am extremely afraid of the alleged offender,” Wood stated. “I have suffered severe, traumatic physical and emotional injury at his hands, and I am afraid he will seek retribution against me for testifying by harming me, our son, and members of my family.”

Manson was dropped by his record label, manager, talent agency, and fired from the television show “American Gods,” after the accusations were made.
