A New Jersey vintage shop went viral online following a photo taken of a replica prop of “Falkor” the dragon from “The NeverEnding Story.” Rascal Salvage Vintage in High Bridge commemorated its store’s anniversary by showcasing Falkor, causing a buzz on Instagram with celebs like Khloe Kardashian and Diplo taking notice.

Though not the original movie prop, the Falkor replica was an impeccable recreation handcrafted by Elizabeth Lieb, a skilled artist from New Jersey. After being transported in a UPS truck, the dragon found its place in a nearby storage facility. Iervolino’s Instagram post announcing Falkor’s arrival generated immense excitement, and she herself delightedly posed beside the colossal creature.

The chance to encounter Falkor in person enticed a large crowd to Schorr and Iervolino’s store. Roughly 250 individuals attended the celebration, relishing the opportunity to snap photos with Falkor and even simulate riding the dragon using a stool positioned behind the prop. The store expressed heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming response, acknowledging how Falkor’s universal charm had touched their souls.

This event demonstrated that Falkor remains an enchanting and treasured character, effortlessly captivating the imaginations of fans. The store extended their thanks to all those who joined them on this unending voyage of sentimental memories from childhood.
