We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.
Here’s what happened today:
Disgraced New York Governor Andrew Cuomo allegedly ditched his 3-year-old dog, Captain, at the governor’s mansion in Albany following his resignation.
The Siberian Husky and Malamute mix, who has been described as a “high-strung” nipper, was left at the mansion when Cuomo moved out last week. A mansion staffer reportedly took the dog home for a few days but found the pup to be too much to handle.
A spokesperson for the governor slammed the accusation, saying the “arrangement was only ‘temporary’ because the governor … is planning to take a vacation.”
“Captain is part of the governor’s family and for your nameless ill-informed source to imply they’ve been trying to give him away is untrue,” the spokesperson said on Saturday.
“Someone offered to watch him for a few days while the transition was ongoing but for that to be weaponized and morph from a game of telephone into the pages of your paper is absurd — now excuse us we’re preparing for a major storm.”
Outdoor brand Patagonia vowed to remove products from a Wyoming mountain resort after the owner hosted a fundraiser supporting Republicans.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort owner Jay Kemmerer, co-hosted an Aug. 5 event featuring Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and Mark Meadows, Trump’s former White House chief of staff, to raise cash for the House Freedom Fund.
The event drew the ire of liberal protestors calling for the boycott of the world-famous resort, and Patagonia announced they were pulling their products in response.
“Those that know us in Jackson Hole are aware that we make business decisions and build relationships in alignment with our values and advocacy efforts,” spokesperson Corley Kenna said.
“We join with the local community that is using its voice in protest. We will continue to use our business to advocate for policies to protect our planet, support thriving communities and a strong democracy,” the statement continued.
“Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa, 40, requested a new crew for his upcoming spinoff, “Flipping 101,” after his blow up at ex-wife Christina Haack was leaked to the press from a source on set.
El Moussa specifically demanded that any staffer working on the day he allegedly launched a verbal attack on Haack, comparing her to his new fiancée Heather Rae Young and calling her a “washed-up loser,” be banned from his new show in hopes of avoiding future leaks.
The incident took place in mid-July after El Moussa reportedly did not like the way his ex-wife signaled him to start working. Production allegedly had to split the former couple up to finish shooting the episode separately, and it was several days before they resumed joint filming.

Country legend Loretta Lynn’s Tennessee ranch was pummeled with 17 inches of rain over the weekend, which led to a flash flood that killed her ranch foreman Wayne Spears, as he was checking on animals in the barn on Saturday.
“There are no words at the ranch today…only tears,” 89-year-old Lynn wrote on Facebook Sunday. “We lost my amazing ranch foreman, Wayne in this devastating flood. He took such good care of things here on the ranch for us. He’s one of us and the whole Lynn family Is heartbroken.”
Spears was one of 22 people who died in the tragic floods that raged through the state, with dozens more still unaccounted for.

Jamie Spears, pop star Birtney Spears’ former conservator father, claimed that his daughter has significant issues with addiction and mental health that the media is unaware of.
“If the public knew all the facts of Ms. Spears’ personal life, not only her highs but also her lows, all of the addiction and mental health issues that she has struggled with, and all of the challenges of the Conservatorship, they would praise Mr. Spears for the job he has done, not vilify him,” an August 12 court filing stated.
“But the public does not know all the facts, and they have no right to know, so there will be no public redemption for Mr. Spears,” the document continued.
“That is fine with Mr. Spears so long as the Court acts, based not on the opinions of those pandering to the public and social media, but on substantiated facts and all of the highly confidential information that the court has in its possession to make decisions that are in Ms. Spears’ best interests.”
“Jeopardy!” will replace scandal plagued new host Mike Richards, after he stepped down from the role last week, with “Big Bang Theory” actress Mayim Bialik as they resume the search for a permanent host.
Bialik, who originally agreed to host spinoff and special event series like the upcoming “Jeopardy! National College Championship,” will tape three weeks of the regular syndicated episodes, as the ABC quiz show lines up another round of guest hosts until they can name a replacement for Richards.

R&B singer R. Kelly’s sex-trafficking trial resumed on Monday with testimony from another alleged victim, who accused the star of abusing her while she was a 17-year-old high school student.
The victim claimed that she met Kelly during his “Black Panties” tour, and lied about her age when she told him she was an aspiring performer. He allegedly offered her an audition but told her that he needed to ejaculate beforehand, and began to have regular sexual encounters together that he often videotaped.
The now 23-year-old woman detailed incidents where Kelly attacked her with a size 12 sneaker when she told a friend about him, was coerced into getting an abortion in 2017, contracted herpes from the musician, and once was forced to rub feces on her face while he videotaped her as a punishment.
