Actor Brad Pitt made a surprise guest appearance on Saturday Night Live over the weekend during which he impersonated Dr. Anthony Fauci.
During the appearance he repeatedly mocked President Trump and then, near the end of the performance, praised Dr. Fauci.
As Fox News reports:
The Oscar-winning actor joined the latest at-home “Saturday Night Live” special by playing Dr. Anthony Fauci, a key figure in the U.S. government’s coronavirus response.
For the sketch, Pitt, 56, wore a suit, glasses and a grey wig as he sat at a desk in front of a bookshelf…
A clip then played featuring Trump saying he won’t fire Fauci, calling him “a wonderful guy.”
“So yeah, I’m getting fired,” said Pitt’s Fauci. “But until then, I’m gonna be there putting out the facts for whoever’s listening. And when I hear things like ‘The virus can be cured if everyone takes the Tide Pod challenge,’ I’ll be there to say, ‘Please don’t.'”
It appears the mainstream media is quite fond of Dr. Fauci while continuing to despise the President who works for him.
