Judd Apatow is comparing Donald Trump’s election to having “been raped” in a blistering, profanity-filled comedy set that skewered the president and his family.
The “40-Year-Old Virgin” and “Knocked Up” producer tried his hand at stand-up at a Saturday show promoting his new series, “Crashing.”
After election night, Apatow, director and executive producer of the HBO comedy, said he felt “like a person about to get raped, but I didn’t know how bad it would be.”
“Now I feel like I’ve just been raped,” Apatow, 49, said of Trump taking office last month, “I just don’t know if I’m going to get murdered.”
