We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.

Here’s what happened today:

Dragged

“Charmed” actress Rose McGowan took aim at New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo after the state’s Attorney General concluded that he had broken laws by sexually harassing and retaliating against multiple accusers.

“Governor Andrew Cuomo, can’t you stop being a p***k?” she said in a video on social media. ”Go home.”

In a follow-up clip she remarked, “This is bigger than just some stupid, gross local politician in the U.S.A.”

“It goes up, as we know, to the White House,” McGowan continued. “So you don’t believe Tara Reed who accuses you know, you know who in the White House and you don’t believe his accusers.”

She pondered if the people in his party and the “people who protect him,” who she believed could be anyone from AOC to Nancy Pelosi, cared about his actions.

“Even if you don’t give a s**t about women being hurt and you’re pretty crappy if that’s the case,” she explained. “Or anybody getting hurt. It all goes together.”

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Janice Dean, who’s husband’s parents died from COVID-19 in nursing homes, had her own harsh words for the New York governor.

“I’ve always said I don’t care what brings him down,” she wrote on Twitter. “He’s a monster and deserves to go in shame. But also, please don’t forget our loved ones that are no longer with us to testify.”

Followed by “Hi @CarlHeastie and the assembly. You need to get that impeachment ready today.”

Fired

Offspring drummer Pete Parada, who has been with the band for 14 years, was kicked off their Covid comeback tour after refusing to get vaccinated due to a rare medical condition.

Prada went on a lengthy Twitter tirade against vaccine mandates on Monday, explaining that his diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome, which causes the immune system to attack the nerves, made it medically inadvisable to get vaccinated.

“There are countless folks (like me) for whom these shots carry a greater risk than the virus,” he said. “Most of us don’t publicly share a private decision we made in careful consideration with our doctors.”

Prada stated that though his reason for not getting the jab was medical, and that he suffered from a mild case of the virus last year, he supports informed consent.

“I do not find it ethical or wise to allow those with the most power (government, corporations, organizations, employers) to dictate medical procedures to those with the least power,” he went on.

“There are countless folks (like me) for whom these shots carry a greater risk than the virus. Most of us don’t publicly share a private decision we made in careful consideration with our doctors. We know it’s not an easy conversation to unfold.”

The drummer said that the band let him go from the tour because they’re “doing what they believe is best for them” and he has no negative feelings towards them.

He decided to share his story “so that anyone else experiencing the agony and isolation of getting left behind right now – knows they’re not entirely alone.”

Married

“Sex and the City” star John Corbett revealed that after being together for 20 years, he and actress Bo Derek got married last year “around Christmastime.”

“We’re pretty private people, we didn’t make an announcement,” Corbett told “The Talk” host Jerry O’Connell. “All our friends and family knew but this is the first time either one of us has said anything publicly about it because really we haven’t had an opportunity. So, you’re my buddy and now I guess I’m telling all of America, or the world.”
“After 20 years we decided to get married, we didn’t want 2020 to be that thing that everybody looks back at and hated,” he explained. “We thought, ‘Well, let’s get one nice thing out of it.'”
Hosting Duties

“Friends” star Jennifer Aniston said she would step in to guest host “The Bachelor” after Chris Harrison was forced to exit the show for defending a contestant’s past racially insensitive behavior.

When asked if she would ever consider a gig on the show, Aniston replied, “God, I don’t know. I think they need a psychologist or psychiatrist, not just Chris Harrison — or whoever the host is now. There should be someone they can go and talk to.”

When the interviewer suggested she could fill that role, the actress said, “OK, well, I’ll do that. Gladly. I’ll be the one picking roses in the rose garden.”

Apology Tour

After being booted from Chicago’s Lollapalooza over the weekend and learning he was dropped from upcoming festivals in New York and Las Vegas for homophobic comments, rapper DaBaby apologized on social media again with more sincerity than his last attempt.

“Social media moves so fast that people want to demolish you before you even have the opportunity to grow, educate and learn from your mistakes,” he wrote.

“As a man who has had to make his own way from very difficult circumstances, having people I know publicly working against me – knowing that what I needed was education on these topics and guidance – has been challenging.”

Bad Interviewer

“Aquaman” star Jason Momoa was unhappy when a New York Times interviewer asked if he regretted filming a scene in “Game of Thrones” where his character Khal Drogo rapes Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys Targaryen on their wedding night.

“Well, it was important to depict Drogo and his style. You’re playing someone that’s like Genghis Khan. It was a really, really, really hard thing to do,” he replied. “But my job was to play something like that, and it’s not a nice thing, and it’s what that character was. It’s not my job to go, ‘Would I not do it?’”

“I’ve never really been questioned about “Do you regret playing a role?” He continued. “We’ll put it this way: I already did it. Not doing it again.”

Later in the interview, a miffed Momoa circled back the question. “When you brought up ‘Game of Thrones,’ you brought up stuff about what’s happening with my character and would I do it again. I was bummed when you asked me that.” Momoa remarked. “It just feels icky — putting it upon me to remove something.”

“As if an actor even had the choice to do that. We’re not really allowed to do anything. There are producers, there are writers, there are directors, and you don’t get to come in and be like, ‘I’m not going do that because this isn’t kosher right now and not right in the political climate,’” he concluded. “That never happens. So it’s a question that feels icky. I just wanted you to know that.”

Let Go

The WWE announced that two-time WWE Hall of Famer Rick Flair has been released from the wrestling league for being uncomfortable with a storyline that involved Lacey Evans and his real life daughter Charlotte Flair.

The plot centered around the 72-year-old wrestler being romantically involved with Evans, which would cause a feud with his daughter, that was supposed to conclude when Evans announced her real life pregnancy.

“In this instance, I didn’t [feel comfortable.] The one thing I’ve learned [is] you’re not gonna win a war when someone’s got their mind made up. And [Charlotte] most definitely didn’t like it,” he said on the MMA Show. “But the one thing I can say about me is I always said yes. Because…I didn’t want to be that guy that was always going oh god, that isn’t perfect for me.”

“I mean I’ve done everything. I’ve weathered every storm and I’ve come back, but when that was all over, I was mad. But now I don’t feel [angry.] I just look back and say I weathered it,” he went on.

“And this was something where I got to TV,” Flair continued, “and Mr. [Vince] McMahon wasn’t there to argue the point with. And he had stuff going on, and I don’t like to put the pressure on someone if I can’t talk to him.”

The 16-time WWE champion retired from wrestling in 2011, but came back to the WWE in 2012 as a performer. He was released from his contract, which he renegotiated in 2020.

Gold

At least one American athlete at the Tokyo Olympics is proud to be representing the United States. Wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock won gold after she defeated Nigeria’s Blessing Oborududu on Tuesday and did the opposite of most woke athletes.

When a reporter asked how she felt representing her country in the Games, she replied, “I love representing the U.S. I freaking love living there,” then pumped her fist and wrapped the American flag tighter around her body.

Even more heart warming, when asked what she was going to do with the cash prize that came along with the gold medal, she had a selfless answer.

“I wanted to give my mom $30,000 so she can get a food truck, ‘cause it’s her dream,” she said. “And I told her five years ago, ‘Alright mommy, I’ll get you your food truck, but you gotta be responsible.
“So my mom’s gettin’ her food truck! She’s gonna have her little cooking business. She can cook really, really, really well. Barbecue!”

No Medal

U.S. hammer thrower Gwen Berry, who protested the American flag during the national anthem at the Olympic trials last month, failed to come close to medaling during her event on Tuesday.

Berry raised her fist in protest before she competed and managed to finish in 11th place out of 12 competitors.

“It was the same thing: social injustice, racial injustice, I’m just here to represent,” she said of the gesture. “I know a lot of people like me, a lot of athletes like me, a lot of people are scared to succeed, a lot of people scared to speak out. So as long as I can represent those people, I’m fine.”

“All those people that’s happy that I failed, that’s cool,” she went on. “But they’re sitting on their couch, watching me fail, so what does that tell you about them?”

I don’t watch the games anymore because of all the political BS. Yes, I’m happy she lost, she deserved to do so. Anyone who represents our country and can’t show pride while doing so doesn’t belong in the games representing us.

There is still plenty to celebrate in the Olympics. Allyson Felix in her fifth Olympics in track and field and helping other mother/athletes pay for childcare while training and competing. That’s an American hero. Suni Lee from St. Paul, Minn., winning the gold medal in women’s all-around in gymnastics as the first Hmong American to compete and win in the Olympics. That’s an American hero. And Lydia Jacoby from Alaska winning the breast stroke in a come-from-behind win, and she has one more year before graduating high school and joining the swim team at the University of Texas, Austin. That’s an American hero. Kudos to the female wrestler achieving her dream to win a gold medal at the Olympics, expressing pride in America and helping to make her mother’s dream to own her own food truck for good barbecue eats to come true as well. That’s the beauty of America. Freedom and fulfilling hopes and dreams.

We have not watched any of the Olympics because it is not the Olympics anymore. It is just to show what these athletes can do period. No competition at all. Very pathetic
