Shia LaBeouf will not appear in court next week to face assault charges after attacking a guy at his President Donald Trump’s art protest exhibit.

On Friday, TMZ reports that charges have been dropped against the 30-year-old actor for lack of evidence after he got into it with a Trump supporter outside of his “He will not divide us” art exhibit when it was set up in New York in January.

Sources close to the case told the outlet that assault and harassment charges against the actor were dropped after authorities were unable to find enough evidence to prove an actual crime took place between the two men.

The protest exhibit — involving a camera attached to a wall with the words “He Will Not Divide Us” on it — has been a major security problem. After the alleged altercation, the actor moved the exhibit from New York to New Mexico.

The NYC museum says it turned off the camera because it had become a “flash point for violence,” according to another TMZ report.
