Cicada’s Attack
The White House press corps plane was unable to take off from Washington D.C. Tuesday night when a swarm of cicadas got into the aircraft’s engine.
President Biden wasn’t immune from the noisy, red-eyed bugs the next day when one attacked him at Andrew Joint Base Andrews as he was scheduled to depart the next day.
He warned that the nasty critters were everywhere. “Watch out for the cicadas,” he remarked. “I just got one. It got me.”

Not A Competitor
“Real-Time” host Bill Maher had harsh words for former Ohio Governor John Kasich when he alluded to the possibility of running against Trump in the 2024 primary.
“I reject the notion that you have to support any of this nonsense in the Republican Party to get elected,” Kasich said. “I’ve run for office when no one ever thought I could win, and you know the fact of the matter is when you believe in things deeply, it is amazing how you can turn other people on to your candidacy and you can win.”
When Maher asked if he was going to run, Kasich joked that he liked being on television better, then asked the host if he’d help him campaign.
Maher’s response was brutal. “Be that guy. Because you’ll get your a** kicked. In the Republican party you will,” he snarked. “I don’t think I would be of help. Hang with me in a Republican district in Ohio. You’ll do f**king great, John.”
Mistaken Identity
Actor Michael Douglas’ 18-year-old daughter with wife Cathrine Zeta-Jones just graduated from high school, and the 76-year-old Oscar-winner was mistaken for her grandfather.
“I gotta tell you, Kelly, it’s a little rough when you’re going out the doors and the other parents are saying, ‘Oh congratulations…you must be so proud of your granddaughter,'” he recalled on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “I said, ‘Well, I don’t know man. Yeah okay,’ I’m not gonna take it personal, they’re just trying to be nice.”
Communism Confusion
Elon Musk’s baby mama Grimes got panned for propositioning communists to get on board with artificial intelligence. “I have a proposition for the communists,” the singer said in a TikTok video. “So, typically, most of the communists I know are not big fans of AI. But, if you think about it, AI is actually the fastest path to communism.”
She posited that AI could “theoretically solve for abundance” if it was implemented correctly. “Like, we could totally get to a situation where nobody has to work, everybody is provided for with a comfortable state of being, comfortable living,” she rambled on. “AI could automate all the farming, weed out systemic corruption, thereby bringing us to, as close as possible, genuine equality.”
Grimes, who is dating one of the world’s wealthiest men, didn’t get an enthusiastic reception from the public. “Grimes your partner is literally the top capitalist in the world rn,” said one Twitter user. “Every month or so, grimes will start trending for some no doubt insane shit and it is my mission to never learn why,” quipped another.

Feud Explained
Golfer Brooks Koepka explained why he was shaken when rival Bryson DeChambeau walked by him during an interview.
“He didn’t say anything to me. He wasn’t speaking to me. He was, I guess, either signing his scorecard or wherever he was, and it was just to the right of the media tent, or right in front of the microphones where you guys all were,” he explained.
“I don’t want to say he was like screaming — he was saying something about how he hit a perfect shot and it shouldn’t have been there, and it was just very, very loud,” he claimed. “Then I think he realized that he had gotten right behind me, and he toned it down a little bit, but it was still — and I just lost train of thought, which I think was pretty obvious.

AI has already stated that we humans will regret building them. I see it this way. AI will be placed in charge of everything. Then it will realize how screwed up the human race is and destroying the planet. So as good managers it will just wipe humans off the planet. So what would humans do everyday if they didn’t have to work, stuff their face. Get fatter, think or just sit around watching the idiot brain washing box. Were those Cicadas Russian or Chinese? I suppose they could have been Iranian Assault Cicadas or North Korean spy Cicadas, but why would they send Intelligence gathering Cicadas into a situation where they wouldn’t find any intelligence?
Maybe they were just plain cicadas thinking that O’Biden was one of them…doing nothing but hibernating in his basement for a long time then coming out to cause pestilence for a while. They’re probably happy that they’ve found someone of less worth to the world than they are.
