We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.

Here’s what happened today:

Unfit Guinea Pig

William Shatner’s “Star Trek” co-star George Takei, who he has famously feuded with for years, had no kind words after Captain Kirk rocked off into space on Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin rocket on Wednesday.

“He’s boldly going where other people have gone before,” Takei, who played Hikaru Sulu on the show, commented. “He’s a guinea pig, 90 years old and it’s important to find out what happens.”

“So 90 years old is going to show a great deal more on the wear and tear on the human body, so he’ll be a good specimen to study,” he added. “Although he’s not the fittest specimen of 90 years old, so he’ll be a specimen that’s unfit!”

Not even naysayers can take Shatner down from his historic space high.  “I hope I never recover from this,” Shatner remarked when he landed. “I hope I can maintain what I feel now. I don’t want to lose it. It’s so much larger than me.”

Explanation

Howie Mandel has an embarrassing reason for collapsing in a Los Angeles Starbucks… He was dehydrated from “consensual diarrhea.”

“First of all, what has this world come to where you can’t pass out in a Starbucks privately anymore?” Mandel joked on his “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast Thursday.

“I was dehydrated. I had a colonoscopy a few days ago,” he explained to Shultz. “They empty you out. You take a drink, and you empty out — I had consensual diarrhea for, you know, an entire night essentially.”

He said the procedure dehydrated him and he made the mistake of immediately going back to work when he woke up. He quipped that the real reason he fainted was shock from the sticker price of his venti macchiato, going on to detail he was living on “coffee and caffeine, which also exacerbates dehydration, I was told.”

The Devil

“Succession” star Brian Cox, a self-described socialist, decried that Fox News is “the devil” in a recent interview.

“What’s so interesting about America is it’s so polarized, and yet it doesn’t, you know like, CNN’s clearly the same story again and again and again and again and again, and I love CNN because I’m fairly left-wing so I go to it,” Cox told CNBC on Wednesday.

“But then I get, everybody’s, it’s the same number because it’s in opposition, quite rightly,” he went on. “And then Fox News, I don’t even go there, because that’s, like, you know, the devil!”

The Scottish born actor went on to comment that the United States is in desperate need of “polarity” to self-correct.

“But it’s so interesting, that, back in the U.K., there’s more debate, there’s more nuance in the news,” he continued. “It’s not as cut and dry, you know, it’s not as — but also I understand where it comes from, because this country desperately needs alignment, and so you can see why these channels have developed in the way they have.”

Pleading

Robin Williams’ daughter begged fans of her late father to stop “spamming” her with videos of actor Jamie Costa performing an extremely good impression of the famous funnyman.

“Guys, I’m only saying this because I don’t think it’ll stop until I acknowledge it… please, stop sending me the ‘test footage.’” Zelda Williams wrote. “I’ve seen it. Jamie is SUPER talented, this isn’t against him, but y’all spamming me an impression of my late Dad on one of his saddest days is weird.”

Williams died by suicide seven years ago.

Lawsuit

Singer Cher is suing ex-husband Sonny Bono’s fourth wife and widow for withholding royalties she is owed from the duo’s hits of the 1960s.

The lawsuit alleges that Mary Bono, a former member of Congress, is in breach of Sonny & Cher’s 1978 marriage settlement agreement, which agreed to an even split of community property.

“When they divorced, Plaintiff and Sonny agreed to an equal division of their community property and, to that end, in 1978 Sonny irrevocably assigned to Plaintiff, as her sole and separate property throughout the world and in perpetuity, fifty percent of their rights in musical composition royalties, record royalties, and other assets,” court documents read

Cher’s lawyers allege that under Mary’s administration, the heirs of Sonny’s estate, had terminated contracts with music publishers in 2016 without her “knowledge or participation,” and cut off her income from those royalties.

The “Believe” singer is seeking a trial by jury for damages she claims exceed $1 million.

Racist Accusations

Fox News host Tucker Carlson responded to accusations that he is a white supremacist on Wednesday.

While appearing on an episode of “Vince & Jason Save The Nation,” Jason Nichols told Calson that former KKK grand wizard David Duke called him “one of the voices we have inside the media,” and said that Carlson’s commentary had been praised by “white supremacist sites.”

“I believe in color blindness. I believe in meritocracy. I believe in judging people by what they do, what they believe, who they are as individuals,” Carlson said, noting that he had never met Duke. “If that is a white supremacist belief, then, I guess, words have no meaning.”

“I can sincerely say that I have never met a white supremacist. I don’t know what they think, but if you’re going to David Duke to figure out what’s true in America, I would suggest you get new sources,” Carlson quipped.
