“Fox & Friends Weekend” host Rachel Campos-Duffy claimed that “Toy Story” star Tim Allen was “basically canceled” by Disney over his politics.

Campos-Duffy and her husband Sean Duffy, a former Republican congressman, claimed that Allen was replaced by “Avengers” star Chris Evans in the film’s spinoff “Lightyear” for leaning politically right.

“Why would they change the voice? Kids wanna hear the same voice in the toy that they heard in the movie,” Duffy said during their podcast “From the Kitchen Table: They Duffy’s” on June 23.

“That’s how dumb this is, they’re trying to come up with an excuse as for why they’re canceling Tim Allen,” he continued. “They couldn’t let the reason be he’s a Republican, they had to create some other reason as for why they were kicking him out.”

“Everyone knows that Tim Allen was basically canceled,” Campos-Duffy remarked.

Allen finally spoke about the film after keeping mum about his recasting prior to the Disney flick’s release.

The short answer is I’ve stayed out of this ’cause it has nothing to do [with “Toy Story”],” he told Extra. “This is a whole new team that really had nothing to do with the first movies.”

He explained that the producers of “Lightyear” were a “whole new team that really had nothing to do with the first movies,” and initially believed that the Chris Evans’ starrer was going to be “live-action” version with “real humans,” instead of an animated film.

“It just doesn’t seem to have any connection to the toy,” he continued. “There’s really no ‘Toy Story,’ Buzz without Woody.”

Tom Hanks, the voice of Woody, spoke up about recasting Allen’s role. “How about that?” He told Cinemablend about his new film “Elvis” facing off with “Lightyear” at the box office. “Actually, I wanted to go head-to-head with Tim Allen, and then they didn’t let Tim Allen do it. I don’t understand that.”

I’ve made so far this year working online and I’m a full time student. I’m using an online business opportunity I heard about and I’ve (wvs-04) made such great money. It’s really user friendly and I’m just so happy that I found out about it. Here’s what I do.
