We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.

 Here’s what happened today:

Royally Sued

A Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell accuser filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew for sexually assaulting the victim against her will when she was a minor.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre is seeking unspecified damages from the Duke of York for the three times he allegedly sexually abused her when she was 17. The suit details the occasions where she was forced to have sexual intercourse with the British royal.

The first time was at Maxwell’s London home, another was in Epstein’s New York mansion, when Maxwell reportedly forced her and another girl to sit on Andrew’s lap while he “touched” her, and a final encounter was at Epstein’s island where she “feared death or physical injury to herself” if she didn’t let the Duke abuse her.

“The powerful and rich are not exempt from being held responsible for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but to reclaim one’s life by speaking out and demanding justice,” Giuffre said after filing the suit.

The prince and Buckingham Palace have denied he had any form of a sexual relationship with his accuser.

Rescued

“Modern Family” star Julie Bowen and her doctor sister Annie, came to the aid of a diabetic hiker that had fainted and smashed up her face on a treacherous trail in Utah.

Minnie John was at Arches National Park with her family when she felt ill on a trail and decided to take a breather on a rock while her family hiked forward. She reportedly fainted and regained consciousness to find Bowen and her sister helping her recover.

“Next thing I hear someone with a familiar voice kept asking me questions. I wondered if i might be watching tv. My eyes were closed and they said I will be fine and they were cleaning my face and bandaging me up,” she wrote on Facebook. “I heard that familiar voice saying I am going to be ok, a doctor is cleaning me up.”

“That face looked so familiar again and I asked her again if I knew her or was she famous and the doctor said yes,” John went on, noting that Bowen’s sister tried to get her to guess where she knew Julie from to assess her head injury, though she could not recall. “She said smiling ‘Modern Family’ and I said of course!” John said she fractured her nose from the fall and received five stitches.

MAGA Update

Former President Donald Trump announced a new design of his trademark red “Make America Great Again” hat, that he had specially designed and hand-signed for the donors of Trump’s Save America Pac.

“I just designed our BRAND NEW MAGA Hat and I want YOU to have it,” he said in a fundraising email. “Our movement isn’t slowing down, in fact, it’s only speeding up, that’s why I wanted to design a NEW HAT for all of our best supporters.”

The email included an image of the new hat along with options to donate $25, $50, $100, and $250. An unsigned $40 version of the new design, called the chapeau, is available on the Save America website.

Jackass Forever

Former professional skateboarder Bam Margera is suing the makers of “Jackass Forever,” including co-star Johnny Knoxville and director Spike Jonze, for wrongfully terminating him from the latest installment of the franchise he has starred in since its inception at MTV in 2005.

Margera, 41, was terminated late last year after allegedly violating a “wellness agreement” he claims he was coerced into signing in 2019 by the filmmakers while he was drying out in rehab. According to the agreement, Margera was forced to take multiple drug tests daily and take prescription medications to maintain his employment on the fifth film in the series.

The lawsuit claims that he tested positive for Adderall, which he has been prescribed for the last decade, and notes that the skateboarder was victimized due to his mental health issues.

“Margera was made to endure psychological torture in the form of a sham Wellness Agreement, and then ultimately terminated for his protected class status due to his mental condition, and his complaints about Defendants’ discriminatory conduct towards him,” court documents say.

In a press release announcing the suit, Margera said that he is “pissed-off” and “angry” that he’s been kicked off of the franchise he “created” before the people who fired him got involved.

“My lawsuit isn’t just about compensation,” Margera concluded. “It’s about treating people with mental health and addiction issues in an honest manner and not taking advantage of their disabilities to rip them off.”

In Jeopardy

The frontrunner to replace the late Alec Trebeck as host of “Jeopardy!” has come under fire for two bias suits the “The Price Is Right” was slapped with while he was the gameshow’s executive producer in 2010 and 2011.

“Jeopardy!” executive producer Mike Richards released a statement to address the employment disputes that occurred during his tenure with the CBS daytime staple.

“I want you all to know that the way in which my comments and actions have been characterized in these complaints does not reflect the reality of who I am or how we worked together on ‘The Price is Right,’” he said.

“I know firsthand how special it is to be a parent. It is the most important thing in the world to me. I would not say anything to disrespect anyone’s pregnancy and have always supported my colleagues on their parenting journeys.”

Former model Brandi Cochran won over $8.5 million in punitive damages after the court found she was discriminated against by the show because she was pregnant in a 2010 lawsuit. Model Lanisha Cole accused Richards and another producer of verbally abusing her on set in 2011, and settled for an undisclosed sum in 2013.

Richards confirmed he was tapped to take over hosting duties on “Jeopardy!” in the same statement.  “It is true that I was asked if I would consider hosting the show. I was humbled and deeply honored,” he said. “No final decisions have been made and discussions with me and other potential hosts are still ongoing.”

Covid Death

Newsmax anchor and shock jock Dick Farrel, who was a vocal anti-vaxxer, calling the jab “bogus bull shid” reportedly changed his mind prior to his August 4 death from the virus.

“COVID Took One Of My Best Friends! RIP Dick Farrel. He is the reason I took the shot!” Amy Leigh Hair posted. “He texted me and told me to ‘Get it!’ He told me that this virus is no joke and he said: ‘I wish I had gotten it!’”

His life partner Kit Farley didn’t confirm or deny if Farrel reversed his stance on the vaccine, but did note that he “fought like a tiger.”

“Please don’t put off getting attention for this illness. Yes, for some it has minimal effects, but others it is deadly. We will always love Dick Farrel, always appreciate his spirit, and miss him greatly,” Farley wrote. “He was known as the other Rush Limbaugh. With a heavy heart, I can only say this was so unexpected. He will be missed.”

Diagnosis

“Tiger King” star Joe Exotic said that he believes his prostate cancer has spread to his pelvis and stomach after waiting months for medical treatment behind bars in Fort Worth, Texas.

“I have been waiting for a colonoscopy and endoscopy since October. Medical treatment in a prison is worse than at any humane society for dogs,” he said.

Exotic is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence for a murder-for-hire plot against rival Carole Baskin, which was documented in the Netflix hit series.

“This is crazy how they put people in here and just let you die,” he said about medical treatment in lockup. “The things that I’ve seen and the dead people I’ve seen wheeled out of here is outrageous and it’s time that our president and our politicians hear the truth.”

Exotic claims he will refuse treatment if he finds out the disease has advanced to stage three or four.

RIP

Hollywood golden-age child actress Jane Withers, who starred alongside Shirley Temple in 1934’s “Bright Eyes,” died at the age of 95 in her Burbank, California home.

“My mother was such a special lady,” her daughter Kendall Errair announced. “She lit up a room with her laughter, but she especially radiated joy and thankfulness when talking about the career she so loved and how lucky she was.”

After graduating from a string of hits in the 1930s, she made a comeback to the silver screen in 1956’s “Giant” beside James Dean, Rock Hudson, and Elizabeth Taylor.

She appeared in guest roles in 1970s and 1980s television shows “The Love Boat,” “Murder, She Wrote” and “Hart to Hart.”
