Tesla CEO Elon Musk fired shots at the Left and Jeff Bezos on Twitter, but incurred the wrath of Senator Bernie Sanders for his comments on the stimulus package.
Monday afternoon the SpaceX founder told his 37 million followers, “The left is losing the middle.”

He shortly followed with a photo of Karl Marx, founding father of communism, next to a mock German quote reading, “Gib me dat for free.” Musk aptly captioned the post, “Das Kapital in a nutshell.

Later he commented on an article calling out Jeff Bezos for stifling the free market with monopolies in multiple sectors, built on the back of Chinese forced labor. “Whether commercial or government, monopolies are bad for the people.”

Last week Musk rankled democrats when he posted that a second stimulus package wasn’t in the best interest of Americans, because they are “jammed to the gills with special interests and earmarks,” then went on to say, “It should just be direct payments to consumers.”
Senator Bernie Sanders, who clearly didn’t read all of Musk’s tweets before responding, called the tech CEO a hypocrite for trying to deny unemployed American’s stimulus benefits.

If Sanders would have followed the full Twitter thread, he would have seen Musk advocate for an even split of the $2 trillion stimulus package, which would have netted every American a $6 thousand check and denied the allocation of funds for special interests.

The Left has been irate with Musk since he encouraged his followers to wake up to the truth, posting “Take the red pill.” To which Ivanka Trump replied, “Taken!”

Elon Musk is a smart guy. He knows, just as everyone else knows, that keeping the environment clean and getting away from fossil fuels would be optimal for keeping the Earth clean. He also knows that Capitalism works as it has worked VERY well for him.
Can’t argue with the man and his thoughts on that wide range of people and actions. Rich people have to be a little bright to be able to reach such heights. Unfortunately some don’t remember what it is like on the down side
