Fox News has confirmed that the grand jury will not hear any testimony, deliberate, or conduct any votes on the case on Thursday, leading to a postponement of the verdict until next week. According to The Hill, the grand jury is expected to hear from additional witnesses in the Trump hush money case next week. Leading us to wonder how much longer we may have to wait before we hear if Trump will in fact be indicted.
Although DA Bragg had informed the jury to remain on standby for Thursday after it was initially scheduled to meet on Wednesday, the panel is now expected to reconvene next week. One source would go on to tell The Daily Mail, “They are having trouble convincing the jury to swallow the case. It’s a weak case and has caused divisions in the DA’s office.”
While Trump had anticipated his arrest on Tuesday, the country eagerly waits for the grand jury’s decision.
