Women are reportedly boycotting Ivanka Trump’s clothing line — and the stores that carry it — because of her father’s sexual assault allegations.
According to Cosmopolitan, a woman suffered “triggering traumatic flashbacks to physical abuse she’d suffered in the past” when she looked at the tag on a blouse and saw it said “Ivanka Trump.” She said it reminded her of when she was groped.
“That is what ‘Trump’ means to me,” Lindsey Ledford said. “It doesn’t matter if Ivanka’s name is in front of it, or Donald’s.”
Cosmo also reports that another woman, Shannon Coulter, called on her Twitter followers to boycott Ivanka because “she campaigns for her father.”
