In the newly posted 3-minute YouTube video Arcaro starts off slow – typed messages on a black screen thank his family for their support during the election. About one minute in, the mood changes.
The familiar “Monday Night Football” theme music blares, as red, white and blue stripes cover a photo of city hall. The music continues as the camera does a slow tilt up from his boxer shorts, past his naked torso, to his bespectacled face.
