Music legend Elton John was hospitalized overnight after a fall at his villa in Nice, France. The 76-year-old was taken to the orthopedic department of the Princess Grace Hospital Center in Monaco for check-ups but was discharged the following morning in ‘good health.’ A representative confirmed the incident was a ‘small domestic accident’ and that scans revealed no fractures.
Summer in France and Retirement from Touring
Elton John has been spending the summer in France with his husband, David Furnish, and their two sons after concluding his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour in July. Although he has retired from touring to spend more time with his family, Elton has not ruled out releasing new music or performing the occasional show.
