He was ordered to return to court March 10 on suspicion of murder, the records show.
Harwick, 38, had repeatedly accused her ex of stalking her and sought restraining orders against him, the Los Angeles Times said, citing court records.
Pursehouse reportedly saw Harwick only weeks before her death at a porn awards show, where his obsession with her was apparently rekindled.
