Democrat corruption is obvious and even democrats know it is widespread. America has finally reached a point where it needs to restructure itself. Others also have proposed harnessing the divisiveness in which we now live. Since the nation already is severely divided, perhaps McConaughey should propose formalization of the two factions. I’m thinking the three dozen or so Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA), with populations above 5-6 million could become the United Cities of America (UCA). 
The remaining lands would remain as the USA. The nation is suffering a natural split into two distinct forms. They would trade, compete with each other and never make war against each other. Each would have its own three branches of government and begin operations under the existing constitutional republic guidelines. Military functions would be reserved to deal with foreign hostiles and both sides would have a voice in deployment.
I’m thinking any MSA that grows to more than the established threshold would automatically become a member of the UCA and drop out of the USA, and vice versa of course. MSAs would not change and would not affect new divisions because that would encourage manipulation. As a footnote, using city boundaries in lieu of MSA would exclude suburbs that usually share political views with the larger MSA population.

I believe if you take a look at a history book from around the 1930’s you will see the very same pattern of limitation or the outright suspension of rights in Nazi Germany and in Stalin’s Russia. They take over the schools and brainwash the children, then comes the media spewing their Socialist dogma. Lets us not forget all of the promises of Free Stuff and a paradise where everyone is equal. What they don’t bother to tell you is that there are really 2 kinds of equality. One for them and the other for you. I give Biden at most a year before the radical Democrats/Leftists/Liberals/Socialists enact the 25th Amendment and have him removed from office and Harris, Polisi and Schummer take over and the United States of America goes right down the toilet
