Vice Chairman of NBC/Universal Forced Out After Affair With Young Actress Who Tried to Extort Him Revealed

The Vice Chairman of NBC/Universal, Ron Meyer has now resigned after revealing he had an affair with a young actress, Charlotte Kirk, who he claimed also attempted to extort him.

As The Wrap reports:

Ron Meyer is stepping down as vice chairman of NBCUniversal after he disclosed that an unnamed individual tried to “extort” him and “falsely implicate” NBCUniversal in the wake of a “consensual” extramarital affair with a woman eight years ago…

Meyer had reached a financial settlement with Kirk for an undisclosed an amount, but an insider told TheWrap that a third party was trying to extort Meyer and force him to disclose the settlement to NBCUniversal. In his own statement, Meyer said, “Other parties learned of the settlement and have continuously attempted to extort me into paying them money or else they intended to falsely implicate NBCUniversal, which had nothing to do with this matter.”

Meyer and NBCUniversal declined to comment, while a representative for Kirk did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.

Kirk, who is 28 years old, also had an affair with Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara, which also led to his ouster, making her a kind of ‘Black Widow’ for the careers of Hollywood executives.

The Democrats have accepted the sins set forth by Satan. There have been a lot of these carousers brought to light lately. To them Satan is their Idol and they will continue to degrade anything they touch.

To be fair, more than a few Republicans and conservatives, including Christians, have fell prey to Satan as well. That’s why 2 Chronicles 7:14 is so critical.

Sad that people smart enough to be executives aren’t smart enough to keep their trousers zipped or have enough integrity to keep their marriage vows. If a person betrays the one they have solemnly pledged to fidelity, why trust them in business?

While I agree with your position, this condition, which is gender neutral among powerful people in business, politics, religion, etc., is nothing new. Look back in history. Cleopatra for example. JFK, RFK, FDR and Eleanor, King Arthur and his most trusted knight who bedded Arthur’s wife. Some of the most powerful televangelists. Slick Willie Clinton back when he was governor. Hollywood stars who met on movie sets and took their roles outside the productions. And of course, Kamala Harris who shagged her way to the top. The Royals of England in the 20th Century. Adolph Hitler, Mussolini. It isn’t right whether on religious or moral grounds. Indeed, it is the highest form of selfishness one person can commit against another because it is a personal choice.

I am adamantly opposed to marital cheating, but am also opposed to extortion and giving people a hard time about ancient history.

Who is Charlotte Kirk? Never heard of her! Obviously sleeping her way to the top didn’t work out so well for her!

No, but it netted her a settlement from at least one of the adulterers’ If she got enough cash, then she doesn’t have to “perform” any longer.
