Well-known rapper DMX has now officially passed away after being in a vegetative state for days after suffering a drug overdose.
DMX, whose real name was Earl Simmons, was 50 years old.

DMX has died a week after suffering a heart attack. He was 50.
The rapper and actor, born Earl Simmons, died at White Plains Hospital in New York on Friday, his family confirms to PEOPLE.
“We are deeply saddened to announce today that our loved one, DMX, birth name of Earl Simmons, passed away at 50 years old at White Plains Hospital with his family by his side after being placed on life support for the past few days,” they wrote in a statement.
“Earl was a warrior who fought till the very end. He loved his family with all of his heart and we cherish the times we spent with him. Earl’s music inspired countless fans across the world and his iconic legacy will live on forever. We appreciate all of the love and support during this incredibly difficult time. Please respect our privacy as we grieve the loss of our brother, father, uncle and the man the world knew as DMX. We will share information about his memorial service once details are finalized.”

I have Never been a fan of cRap music. Feel bad for the rest of his Family but in the end he Did this to himself. Drugs caused his death as unfortunate as it is. Seems like Way to many stars get wrapped up in drugs and alcohol, it then leads to their deaths. Shame but it is what happens when they get Famous.

As long as the 7% of the 13% keep acting and doing what they do it will not be long before the 7% are gone and then the USA can start to heal. He was a human. I doubt if you had met him. We are all God’s children regardless of his lifestyle (which we know nothing about) Judge not lest you be judged.
Most STARS are indeed very talented people. Whether one appreciates RAP is not the issue here. He was a human life that God loves. He also was loved by millions of his fans. R.I.P. Earl.
