Justin Bieber Shares Shocking Recovery Video Following Partial Face Paralysis

Justin Bieber recently posted a video on Instagram that displayed the status of his partial facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a rare disease that affects individuals with the chicken pox/shingles virus. The video shows him looking side-to-side, lifting his eyebrows, and finally grinning, with the caption, “Wait for it…”. A Twitter user shared a comparison video of Bieber’s face in June, when he first announced his diagnosis, and his current condition.

Bieber previously postponed and eventually canceled all dates for his “Justice World Tour” after being diagnosed with partial facial paralysis. Despite returning to the stage in August, he had to cancel more dates a month later as the tour took a toll on his health.

The 29-year-old pop star is married to 26-year-old model Hailey Bieber, who has also had health ailments of her own, as she has a “mini-stroke” in March of 2022, which also resulted in partial face paralysis. Bieber’s experience highlights the importance of taking care of one’s health and seeking medical attention when necessary, reminding us that even those in the public eye face health challenges.
