We’re tracking the conservative culture clash with woke Hollywood hypocrites to keep you up to date on who’s winning and who we hate.

 Here’s what happened today:

Watch

Embattled NFL star Richard Sherman was caught on home surveillance video trying to bust down his in-laws’ door during a drunken altercation that saw the former San Francisco Giant arrested early Wednesday morning.

Sherman attempted to ram through the door with his shoulder, before repeatedly screaming “come through” as people shouted from inside the house. He eventually resorted to slamming the door with his palms before stumbling down the walkway.

Lego Ban

The manufacturer of a Lego-inspired gun modification kit defended their choice to produce the customization.

After they uploaded a June Instagram post of a Glock modified to appear as if it was made out of Legos, anti-gun trolls expressed their anger to Lego, who asked the company to remove their product from their website and refrain from similar designs in the future.

The manufacturer agreed, but not without posting a message of their own. “All of this was about the process of freedom, fun, and responsible gun ownership. Yet there are millions of angry, freedom-hating people out there who wish to exercise their First Amendment rights,” they wrote.

“People have the right to customize their property to make it look like whatever they want. It is our business to assist firearms owners in making their guns better reflect them as a person and individual,” they continued in a separate post. It seems that no matter what we create in the firearms industry anti-gunners seem to leverage every *true* innovation… Shortly after its release to talk about why guns are bad. We are sick of the past.”

Rainbow Monkey

A library apologized for allowing a man dressed in a rainbow-colored monkey suit with a protruding dildo to perform at a children’s reading event in the United Kingdom.

Parents were outraged as the performer paraded around the library with visible nipples, a prosthetic dildo, and exposed buttocks.

The library apologized and said that it “will never happen again” at future events.  “During an event put on at the library today there was a performance by a Carnival Arts Company. Unfortunately one of the animal costumes was inappropriate which we were not aware of at the time of booking,” the library tweeted. “We deeply apologize for the offense caused. This is being looked into…”

Labour councilor Jas Athwal is “appalled by the incident” that he deemed “completely inappropriate and deeply offensive.”

“I have launched a full and thorough investigation into how these performers were hired by Vision and will put stringent measures in place to ensure something like this can’t happen again,” he promised.

Witch Hunt

Legendary director Oliver Stone bashed cancel culture in a recent interview.

“I am sure I’ve been canceled by some people for all the comments I’ve made…. it’s like a witch hunt,” the filmmaker said. “It’s terrible. Of course, I despise it.”

“American censorship in general, because it is a declining, defensive, empire, it (America) has become very sensitive to any criticism,” Stone went on. “What is going on in the world with YouTube and social media? Twitter is the worst. They’ve banned the ex-President of the United States. It’s shocking!”

Flight Change

The Ranch star Ashton Kutcher revealed that he gave up his ticket on Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic ship at the behest of his wife and former That 70s Show co-star, Mila Kunis.

“When I got married and had kids, my wife basically encouraged that it was not a smart family decision to be heading into space when we have young children, so I ended up selling my ticket back to Virgin Galactic,” Kutcher said in an interview Wednesday. “I was supposed to be on the next flight, but I will not be on the next flight.”

Lawsuit

The former members of the Sex Pistols are suing the band’s frontman Johnny Rotten over the rights to use their songs in an upcoming television show.

Guitarist Steve Jones and drummer Paul Cook are pushing for the songs to appear in Pistol, a TV series based on Jones’ memoir, but Rotten said the request was “disrespectful” and refuses to grant his permission.

The lawsuit argues that under the terms of a 1998 agreement, licensing requests were supposed to be determined on a “majority rules basis.” But Rotten, nee John Lydon, alleges the rights cannot be given without his signoff.

Rotten’s lawyer said the memoir depicted his client “in a hostile and unflattering light,” and described him as “the annoying little brat with the great bone structure who’s always asking for more.”

RIP

Jeff LaBar, guitarist for 1980s glam metal band Cinderella died at the age of 58 on Wednesday. His cause of death was not revealed, but his ex-wife discovered him unconscious after he had been out of communication for days.

LaBar joined the ban in 1985 after the Philadelphia-based group lost their lead guitarist, and stayed with them until they disbanded in 2017.  Cinderella made it third on the Billboard 200 with their 1986 debut album “Night Songs,” and released their most known song “Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone)” on their 1988 follow-up album.

Heavy hearts cannot begin to describe the feeling of losing our brother Jeff. The bond between us over decades of creating music and touring the world is something that we as a band uniquely shared” the band said in a statement.

Replacement

After booting Sharon Osbourne from “The Talk” for arguing with co-host Sheryl Underwood over Piers Morgan’s comments about Megan Markle and Prince Harry’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, the daytime show has found a new host.

“Jerry Maguire” star Jerry O’Connell ran into the studio on Wednesday dressed as Rocky Balboa, while “Eye of the Tiger” played in the background. He is the first male co-host to come on board and will appear beside Underwood, Elaine Welteroth, Amanda Kloots, and Carrie Ann Inaba.
